2) Due to the overwhelming feedback (to be read sarcastically) we have decide on the Competition hlad at Ragin CF on May 10th. I was mistaken yesterday, it is not 420 per person so you guys can cancel the yardsale you were planning. It's $20 per person. Here again is the Link so you guys can keep up with the info. I already know for sure of about 8 of us so schedule off that weekend and come get your feet wet! Talk to any of the competitors from last weekends event if you don't think you are ready. **it's gonna start heating up very shortly, you will feel overwhelmed, trapped, stifled, consumed, engulfed, asphyxiated, smothered. RELAX. First of all if you are consistent it will only last a few workouts and you will "acclimatize." Real word, look it up. Going through seasonal weather changes and the adaptations in your body that ensue are things that human beings are SUPPOSED to go through. It will strengthen your immune system and your faith in God. And since "sweat is fat crying," and you lose more body fat when you sweat, and whatever other absurditities you may have chosen to adhere to, you'll be getting results faster which is always good!
